I love it when I see SAT words in action. Too bad this headline was also blaming four deaths on Pennsylvania's 100 year flood. The article shared the story of a woman who couldn't believe what she came home to find. An hour earlier she had spoken to her husband on the phone and he was heading down to the basement to try and control the flood. When she came home and opened the door to the basement she found water greeting her. A wall had collapsed under the pressure of the flash flood and her husband had drowned. The bison at Zoo America also met with a watery death. Thousands of people were living in shelters after having to evacuate.
Today the sun may be shining but the remnants of a week of rain have left many destitute.
