Putting 1st things 1st ....

Ms. Neville getting ready for her half-marathon. She is seriously an inspiration to me. I wouldn't have made it to the gym if I hadn't received a text message from her at 5:30 that morning saying LET'S GO!!!
She was a huge reason why my Inve$t for Succe$$ initiative was so successful last year ... she holds onto anything that will help inspire and motivate students to do more. She is now a permanent fixture in my A4 and B4 class because she loves to get to know students she doesn't teach. She is the master at time-management and did you know she was the student speaker at Towson University's graduation for the School of Education?!? My life was blessed the day she became a part of it!

Me multi-tasking -- hitting the treadmill and checking my students' Evernote accounts. I saw a woman who had her Nook attached to the treadmill and she was reading while she was exercising. I LOVED THAT! I want to read more and exercise more ... she just showed me how I can do both at the same time! It's amazing what you can learn by just being observant of the world around you.
Love you!! Hanging out with AVID is my fav part of the day:)
