Why did I take a picture of my empty chair? Because today I felt a huge void without my two AVID tutors. Ms. Shay and Ms. Lori were both out today and I realized how much I rely on them every day, every period. I am so blessed to work with such conscientious, caring women. They are incredible assets to our program and I am convinced our students achieve at higher levels because of their support. Today just didn't feel right without their aura in the room. There was a void - the whole family wasn't together and I missed our vibe.
