The banner is raised .... Let the AVID Family be your Canopy!Thanks Ashley! I didn't think it was possible but you outdid yourself! This banner is better than your last! I am certain it will inspire my students and fill their hearts with pride each time they look up and see its message.
And this seems appropriate since I had two AVID Family Conferences today - 4:00 with Shawanda and her mom and 7:30 with Ryan, Jordan, Ms. Joni and Mr. Dennis. Both were productive and I drove home that night feeling exhausted yet content that our canopy is strong and wide and sure to help many of our scholars weather the stormy senior year.
