Wow. I had a list of things to get done today that I didn't ever think I could accomplish ... thanks to God's Grace and Starbucks it all got done - I was still working on the last detail while seated in the auditorium - but I like to think of that as multi-tasking and not last minute rushing :)
I wish more senior parents would have shown up - this is not the year to become distant... but it reminded me that calling for AVID Family Conferences once again is a necessity. I took family photos of every family who showed up tonight. They are going to be a part of our bulletin board this year. And while I love all my AVID 12 families I chose to put The Williams' in my blog because this family is now starting Round 2 with AVID. I now have Ashley's brother Isaiah in my AVID 9 class. I am so happy to know that my time with the Williams' won't be ending this June :) ...
