Project 365: Day 30 - Tues. June 16th, 2009

12:30 pm: Cody has read a chapter from his John Adams early biography and is now sitting at my computer in our Williamsburg time share writing and downloading his photo blog. I am realizing that I can't sit with him when he does it - I interject too much. I want this to be his - I am simply trying to ask questions to give him more to write about. Today he is writing about his new American Revolution toy soldier set. He sets them up and knocks them down about five times a day - along with all the sounds of war...

The picture doesn't show it but he was actually trying to type with two hands. I wonder if there is a website that can help teach kids typing skills. It is, after all, the most valuable skill I learned in high school. But in today's world high school is too late to learn that skill.

We are waiting for our friends to arrive and then its a day of fun in Williamsburg!...

  2. It looks like you have the perfect group of friends or should I say family to do things with!?! That's so awesome! I'm sure all of you had a blast in Williamsburg. I haven't been in about 20 years. It's time for a visit!!
